August 1997 at Nags Head, from the deck of our room at the Blue Heron. One of the best times of the day was to sit on the back deck and watch the sun rise with a good cup of coffee. The other best times of the day were sitting on the beach in the morning with a good softdrink, sitting on the beach in the afternoon with a beer, sitting on the deck at dinnertime with a heaping plate of seafood, and sitting on the deck with a good nightcap and watching the sun go down again. Wait! They were all best times of the day, as long as they were spent at the ocean at Nags Head!
